Upper body strength is vital for both the young and the aging. In this class, we will focus on developing arm, shoulder, and back strength. The postures will concentrate on connecting the arms to the shoulders to access the upper regions of the back.

Strengthening our back leads to better overall health by enhancing our posture and creating the necessary opening for the chest, neck, and heart regions.
