Intermediate Iyengar Yoga
This short flow helps develop the familiarisation with movement and the breath. Allowing for short holds, “touch and go” brings warmth to the joints and muscles in a way that invigorates, while helping us stay focused. “Meditation in action” as BKS Iyengar described yoga asana.
