This class is focused on the arm and shoulder connection which will bring flexibility and strength to the entire shoulder girdle and the upper spine.

Different positions of the hands, wrists, and rotation of the arms at the shoulders will teach the connection needed for stability and strength. This will help you with deeper awareness and presence while building strength and proper connections.
