In this class, we will concentrate on releasing the neck and shoulders.

Whether you have tension there from your lifestyle, operation, or general stiffness, this movement sequence can help create more ease, space, and relaxation in the joint and neck area.

Observe the turning of the inner arms up, and outer arms moving down.

Space across the collar bones and broadness in the upper back near the neck and shoulders widening. Watch how you sit, and the position of your head with the shoulders.

Taking your practice “off” the mat to your daily lifestyle activities will yield the most benefits.
