This class focuses on our standing postures and leg work to build from the ground up to connect from the feet, to the legs, to the pelvis. This awareness and intelligent actions bring maximum stability and enhanced mobility.

The class is appropriate for beginners as well as more advanced students, all those that want to take time to study and learn the more subtle adjustments.
