Sometimes we need a separate practice to have that will provide the mental relief that comes dues to daily living. In today’s class, we will focus on poses that quiet the mind, relieve tension whether chronic or occasional and allow you to restore and recover your energy.
Whether you are a mother, father, son, or daughter taking time for yourself is key to a healthy life. This balance starts with you, your body, and your mind. You will be grateful you have taken the time, and so will those in your life, as they support you to feel and be your best.
