Juan Carlos has given you a simple but important class to understand the actions your body needs to bring balance to the pelvis using the wall. The class promotes taking your time while opening your arms and legs to feel the actions. Staying a bit longer you will feel the depth of each pose.

The sequence is short but developed in a way to teach each part of the body what needs to happen as you move forward so as to feel the connections.
