Chest opening, inversions, and balancing
In this class, we focus on the upper back body to create a stable and strong chest opening that will also stabilize your inversions.
You will not only move your body but include the breath and your intellect, and your mind, a full experience to integrate and connect.
Along with that, we will focus on some balancing with the feet on the ground as well as up towards the sky. It’s only when we intentionally put ourselves in a new situation with an open mind that our perspective changes. We see differently and in the process end up feeling different, breathing deeper, and shedding off unwanted negativity. It’s a good practice, one that will leave you invigorated and clear-minded.
