Forward Extension with Seated Poses
Today, we will practice forward extension combined with a few seated postures, focusing mostly on closed positions but also including some open ones.
In forward bends, we draw the body towards the legs, creating depth in the front hips and lengthening the back body. By practicing with awareness and intelligence, we can release tension and bring much-needed space to the lower back and hips.
Enjoy this deep but relaxing practice, allowing your body and mind to let go.
