In this class, we explore the art of movement with the support of the ropes — a practice we call Kurunta, meaning “puppet.” Just as a puppet moves with grace and precision, we learn to guide and transform our bodies, using the ropes to create space, support, and new possibilities in each posture.

The ropes help us hold poses longer, build strength, and move with confidence. They provide a bridge to postures that might otherwise feel out of reach, making the practice accessible and empowering at every stage of life.

With each movement, the spine grows more supple, the breath steadier, and a deep sense of direction and inner freedom unfolds — revealing the profound intelligence that regular practice awakens within.

Enjoy this invigorating yet reflective practice.

Namaste.
