In this class, we’ll focus on deeply opening the hips through standing, seated, and supine postures—unlocking numerous benefits for the entire body.
By releasing tension and increasing flexibility in the hips, we’ll improve blood and oxygen flow to the hips, lower back, and pelvic regions. This promotes better circulation and relieves stiffness.
These hip-opening postures also support spinal lengthening, creating space and enhancing alignment for greater ease and balance. Opening the hips can reduce lower back pain, improve posture, and enhance range of motion, leading to a sense of lightness and increased mobility.
