Iyengar Yoga—Stay Grounded

How do we stay grounded? This is important too to know as so many times in our lives we are required to navigate good and challenging days which we each go through.

Staying grounded is the ability to bring myself back to myself to the present and to my breath. In doing this we are reminded of who we are helping us to reconnect with ourselves physically, mentally, and spiritually. Having the tools to hold ourselves and take time for ourselves is vital for all of us. It could be to quieten the mind or allow for clarity and focus. In our practice, we have time to move inward and allow our intuition and natural knowing to surface. Use this time to reconnect with yourself and in doing so reconnect with the others in your life.
