Gone unchecked, shoulder and upper back pain will become a chronic condition. This uneasiness can be a result of your environment, your posture, sleeping patterns, injuries, computer, and device usage. These imbalances happen over time and most times one ignored the symptom or is unbeknownst to us.

Regardless finding ways to release and manage your tension is important to know how and what to do.

In this class, you will create new pathways to help you find release and ways to be aware when you first notice a gnawing pain or pressure. It is in your observation and awareness that you will make the changes necessary.
