15 Mins Iyengar Yoga to Activate and Energize

This super active practice is short and sweet. We activate the arms and shoulders while lifting up through Tadasana legs for full-body expression in an inversion. This is followed by connecting the feet to the ground in a forward bend and then twisting.

Next, we will activate the back, preparing for a backbend in an inversion. This is followed by another twist and then another inversion: Sirsasana, the king of postures! Observe your energy level as you experience the different subtle shifts.
