What’s your go-to mantra?

Whenever I feel the need to stop things around me, observe myself, and be less reactive, I remind myself to simply breathe….

What really helps is to extend my exhalation, which is a great way to release, slow down, and bring myself to the present moment.
Long exhalations will engage your autonomic nervous system, which stimulates a more relaxed state of mind with a physical effect of releasing your tension and anxiety. It helps with creating some space.
