Kathy began practicing and studying yoga in the mid-90s in California with Iyengar teacher Tony Briggs. After moving to HK, she started her teaching training under numerous senior Iyengar teachers and began her Iyengar certification journey.
While teaching there, she also co-founded the Hong Kong Yoga Association, bringing yoga to the community, and introducing Iyengar Yoga to Hong Kong by bringing senior Iyengar instructors from overseas to teach in HK.

Foundational Iyengar Yoga
Foundational Iyengar Yoga is an all online, pre-recorded, step-by-step guided practice program of 18 sessions that breaks down the basic asanas, strengthens your body & mind, and boosts your confidence in modifying asanas for safe practice.
Heart Health Workshop
This is an all online, pre-recorded workshop with six hours of recording, where you can practice at your own pace. The four sessions are Circulation, Muscle Fatigue & Cramping, Tension-Free, and Stress-Free.
